Attention Devotees: Suggestions for temples-related issues can be conveyed by phone

A new telephone number has been introduced for the devotees/citizens to know details about the temple or to make any suggestions/complaints! This number will be alive 24 hours a day!
The Minister for Endowments of the State Government of Tamil Nadu, Sekhar Babu shared in this regard:
"On the official website of the State Ministry for Endowment, a facility has been introduced for the devotees to record their suggestions/complaints on the topic "Kuraigalai pagirnthiduga` (Share your complaints) . This facility is available on an exclusive telephone number 2833 9999.
Suggestions or complaints to enhance the various services from this Help Centre can be made at the toll-free number 1800 4251757and a 24-hours help centre has been set up.
A number will be allotted for each of the complaints/suggestions received at the above website and sent to the concerned official for immediate action.
Just so you know – an SMS will be sent to the concerned suggestion maker/complainant on the receipt of the complaint/suggestion. 5 employees have been exclusively appointed to receive these complaints, record and follow up. This will be further expanded depending on the requirement.
The Commissioner and the Additional Commissioner will conduct a review meeting on this service twice in a month (once in 15 days)! NOTE THAT THIS NEW TOLL-FREE NUMBER HAS BEEN P[RINTED IN THE RECEIPTS GOVEN FOR VARIOUS PAYMENTS INCLUDING Archanai, Abhishekham, unique Darshan, etc.
Farther, the announcement regarding this set-up is being displayed on the Notice Boards of the temples!
As regards the Temple of Lord Natarajan Temple, each step taken by this De[artment will be strong and effective!
NOTE THAT THE STATE GOVERNMENT OF TAMIL NADU DOES NOT HAVE THE INTENTION TO TAKE OVER THIS TEMPLE ADMINISTRATION!
Note that the main interest of this Department is to ensure that all complaints from devotees are resolved and the administration is smooth and hassle-free. Note that the department has not made any violations in this regard! Actions are initiated only as per the legal system.
As regards the temple idols retrieved recently from various countries and locations, it is planned a unique identity for these statues adopts the latest technology.
