Constant pain:

Morning stiffness:
If a person has morning stiffness for more than one hour, then he or she is suspected to have arthritis issues in them. Swelling lasting for 3 or more days:
It is necessary that persons who have swelling for more than 3 days must consult a doctor without fail. It is noteworthy that arthritis problems are associated with swelling and inflammation of the joints. It must be noted that some types of arthritis can lead to skin over the affected joints to become red, swollen etc.

Difficulty in getting up from chair:
It is true that if a person finds it very difficult to get up from the chair then he or she is developing arthritis problems. Decreased range of motion would reveal the arthritis problem.
