Piped LPG gas supply house-to-house: Plan to set up in Manali in the first phase!

The facility of piped LPG Cooking Gas Supply through pipes is likely to be executed soon as a first phase in Manali Pudhunagar, and Vichur!
As a countering measure to reduce pollution of the environment and to reduce import costs, the central government has been undertaking various measures to increase the usage of organic cooking gas!
Indian Oil Corporation, a Public Sector Undertaking, has set up a liquefied Gas terminal at the Thiruvallur District, Ennore Port.
In this scenario, piping work is in progress at Manali, Thiruvallur District, Vichur, Manali Pudhunagar residential areas to provide the house-to-house supply of LPG Cooking gas!
In this regard, the officials of the Indian Oil Corporation shared:
"The system of proviso=ding piped LPG organic gas house-to-house has been set up in some villages in Nagapattinam District for more than 200 residences!
At this stage, this provision is likely to be set up in Thiruvallur District Manali Pudhunagar and Vichur. The consumption of the fuel will be calculated through meters installed and payment accordingly will be collected!"
