Sometimes, our body would produce a bad smell and we would feel shy to go near others. This issue needs to be addressed soon or else we might lose our self confidence also. It is true that there are some people who smell bad when compared to others.
When sweat comes into contact with our body`s bacteria, then our body will release odour and that would be unpleasant. This is called body odour.
There are many factors that are responsible for the bad smell from our body and these are hormonal changes, food we eat, infections, medications we take and underlying conditions like diabetes etc.
To eliminate or avoid body odour, we must eat these important foods.
Green leafy vegetables intake:
Various examples of green leafy vegetables are spinach, kale, lettuce etc have high amounts of chlorophyll and these could neutralise the odour inducing components.
Citrus fruits intake:
Citrus fruit intake could eliminate the body odour in us to a huge extent. Examples of citrus fruits are lemon, grapefruit, oranges etc. It must be noted that the citric acid in these fruits would help the passage of water through the body. By this, the toxin levels would be minimised and the body would be free from odour.
Fibre rich foods intake:
Lentils, peas etc have high amounts of fibre content in them and by consuming these fibre rich foods we would be able to fight against bad odour effectively. In addition, these fibre rich foods would ensure smooth digestion also.
Herbal teas intake:
These days, many of us drink herbal teas like chamomile tea, green tea etc as they would provide us with many health benefits. By drinking herbal teas, our digestion would get better and we could avoid unwanted residuals in the gut that could lead to bad odour.
Yoghurt intake:
It is noteworthy that the live active cultures present in the yoghurt would neutralise odour causing sulphur compounds in the body. This is also one superb food to avoid body odour.
Fennel seeds intake:
Point is that the fennel seeds intake would fight the bacteria causing bad smell in the mouth and help in digestion. By this, we would be able to eliminate body odour well.
Cardamom intake:
It is believed that the leaves and seeds of cardamom have the ability to reduce body odour by removing toxins from the body. These toxins are responsible for the e bad smell.
