CMRL - Increase in the metro train coaches from 4 to 6 now!!

Information that has come out now from CMRL or Chennai Metro Rail Limited is that the number of coaches in the metro trains would be increased from 4 to 6.
In the metro trains in Chennai, there are 3 general coaches and 2 ladies only coaches. Now, there are plans to add 2 more coaches in the metro trains.
It is now said that a report is being prepared on the possibility of increasing the number of coaches in the metro trains. For the expanded metro rail to become operational in Chennai, it would take another 1.5 years to 2 years.
