Do you know that these vegetables could reduce your bad cholesterol and prevent heart diseases etc?

Bad cholesterol refers to  LDL or low density lipoprotein cholesterol and it would make up for the most of our body cholesterol. By consuming foods with unhealthy fats, we could get increased LDL.  The increase in the bad cholesterol in us could make us more prone to issues like heart disease, strokes etc leading to death also. Therefore, it is important that we must avoid or restrict the intake of foods with unhealthy fats like deep fried foods, processed foods, takeaway foods like pizzas, hamburgers etc. It is true that diet plays a huge role in managing our cholesterol levels and we must take those foods that would reduce our bad cholesterol levels. Various factors that can cause increased bad cholesterol in us are smoking, no exercises, poor diet etc.

By consuming these vegetables the bad cholesterol level would get lowered.

Avocados intake:
It is noteworthy that avocados are rich in monounsaturated fats plus thay have fibres, and vitamins like C and E etc. These avocados belong to the family named Lauraceae.

Legumes intake:
Various legumes are beans, peas and lentils etc and by consuming these the bad cholesterol in us would get lowered well. It has been mentioned by some research study that by intake of 100gms of legumes the bad cholesterol levels in us would get reduced by 6.6mg/dl.

Margarine intake:
Earlier, margarine was made from animal fats but now margarin is being made from vegetable oils like corn, soy, safflower etc.

Garlic intake:
By inhibiting the production of LDL, garlic would lower our cholesterol. The allicin present in garlic would reduce LDL. Garlic can be consumed by us either in raw form or in cooked form.

Vegetable oils intake:
Instead of glee, we could take  sunflower oil, canola or safflower oil etc and these would lower the cholesterol. Having superb antioxidant properties, olive oil also reduces bad cholesterol effectively.

Whole grains, barley intake:
It is superb to mention that by intake of whole grains, barley and jowar etc our bad cholesterol and would lower heart diseases etc.

Soya beans intake:
It is believed that by consuming 25percent of soy proteins daily, LDL would get reduced by 5% to 6%. The presence of isoflavones or plant based chemicals in these would lower the bad cholesterol in us.

Eggplant and okra intake:
These low calorie vegetables having solububle fibres in tem would lower our bad cholesterol levels well and would prevent us from getting heart disease strokes etc.
