Master health check ups available now for free of cost for the Chennai residents!!

On the Kodambakkam High Road in Chennai, a renovated master health check up centre was inaugurated yesterday 1st March 2023 by the municipal administration minister Mr. KN. Nehru. This centre was established at a cost Rs 37 lakhs and it would offer free check ups for the public. There is also a facility for dialysis at this centre
It must not be forgotten that when the current CM of Tamil Nadu Mr. MK. Stalin was the Mayor of Chennai/MLA of 1000 Lights constituency, he set up a dialysis unit in ward 113. The Chennai corporation took efforts and it has renovated the unit. There are now as many as 17 dialysis machines in this centre and the funds are provided by the Tanker Foundation.
The Chennai corporation has added 5 more dialysis machines in this centre now. People could alo get diagnosed for Hepatitis B & C also in this centre.
The superb piece of information is that from 2000 onwards about 4.86 lakhs of people have benefited from this centre and have got blood tests, urine tests, ECG, scan etc done here.
Important persons who made their presence felt yesterday were GCC Commissioner Mr. Gagandeep Singh Bedi, Latha Kumaraswamy of Tanker Foundation etc
