The Chennai Regional Meteorological Centre has informed us that there are prospects of medium rainfall for 5 days in Tamil Nadu.
In a notification released by the Chennai Regional Meteorological Centre, it is mentioned that "the westerly and easterly winds are expected to converge in the upper layers of the atmosphere over South India. Due to this, there are prospects for mild to medium rainfall with lightning and thunder in 1 or 2 places in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaikkal today (30th March) and tomorrow (31st March)."
Furthermore, there are prospects of medium rainfall in a few places in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaikkal from today (Thursday, 30th March) for 5 days until 3rd April.
Regarding the Chennai Metro City and its suburban areas, the sky will remain somewhat cloudy for the next 48 hours. There are prospects of medium rainfall with lightning and thunder in a few places in the city.
For the next 2 days, the maximum temperature in the Chennai Metro City will be 34 Degrees Celsius, and the minimum temperature will be 27 Degree Celsius.
There are no special forecasts for the fishermen.
