Indian PM visit to Chennai tomorrow - 5 layer security arrangements have been made!!

Tomorrow, 8th April 2023, the prime minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi will be visiting Chennai. For that, a five layer security arrangements have been made now at railway stations, airport and bus stands etc. There would be 22000 policemen involved in the security works.

Purpose of PM visit:

It is learnt that the PM Mr. Narendra Modi would be coming to Chennai to inaugurate the new integrated building terminal at the airport. A huge amount of Rs 1260 cr has been spent for the construction of the terminal in the airport.

The PM would arrive at Chennai at 3pm tomorrow and then at 4pm at Chennai Central railway station he would flag the Vande Bharat superfast train between Chennai and Coimbatore.

Mr. Narenda Modi would also inaugurate the express train services between Chennai Tambaram and Sengottai. He would also be dedicating a 37km long gauge railway line between Thiruthuraipoondi and Agasthiampally ( constructed at Rs 294 cr)to the country.

The PM would take part in the 125th anniversary celebrations of Ramakrishna Mutt in Mylapore and at about 6:30 pm he would lay the foundation stone for Rs 3700 cr road projects at a function in Pallavaram maidan. As the prime minister of India would be visiting Chennai, strong security arrangements have been made at Chennai airport, Chennai railway stations, Vivekananda house in Marina, Governor`s house in Guindy and at Adyar Naval Base etc.

It must be noted that on 8th April in Chennai and its neighbouring places, operation of drones and unmanned aerial vehicles etc would not be allowed.
