In postmenopausal women, intake of excess caffeine would lead to low bone density. It is important that these women must refrain from consuming caffeinated foods like coffee etc.

Avoid Sugary foods:

Our body would not get enough nutrient food when we consume excess sugary foods. It is worthy to note that the neurons would signal the brain that it is satisfied.

Avoid aerated drinks:

The bones would become very weak much faster in those persons who consume aerated drinks in huge quantities. There are more chances to get fractures.

Avoid alcoholic drinks:

It must be noted that when a person consumes excess alcohol then the bone strength would go down.

Avoid legumes:

Our body`s ability to absorb calcium would reduce when we eat legumes containing phytates. It is due to the fact that phytates would interfere with the body`s calcium absorbing capacity.

The calcium present in the bones would get elected if we consume excess red meat. This has been proved by the research studies that were carried out.

Avoid nightshade veggies:

We could get bone inflammation when we eat excess nightshade vegetables like tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, potatoes etc. They also have other vitamins and minerals needed for our health, So consuming in small quantities would d be good.
