Excess intake of sugars can be fatal for us for these important reasons, take care!!

Sugar is present in many of the foods we eat!!

We can get the taste of sugars even in some unexpected food items also. These days, many of us consume quick processed foods for meals etc. These processed foods have added sugars in them and by consuming sugars  it would make a large proportion of daily calorie intake.

 It is known that sugar is a type of carbohydrate used as a sweetener and is used in many foods and beverages we consume every day. There are also sugars present naturally in many fruits, vegetables and dairy items etc.

Various reasons why excess intake of sugars can be dangerous for us are

Leads to weight gain:

One important issue  across the world these days is obesity and by consuming excess sugars a person can become obese.  It is worthy to note that teas, juices and sodas etc have fructose or simple sugar. By consuming fructose daily, the hunger would become more. As a result, we would consume more food and this would finally make us obese.

Leads to type 2 diabetes:

We can get insulin resistance when we consume more amounts of sugars. This would impair the body`s ability to regulate blood sugar levels. Point is that intake of excess sugars could lead to type 2 diabetes.

More chances of heart diseases:

Health of the heart is very important for our lives to be normal. By consuming lots of sugary products we could get heart diseases in us. Research studies have brought to light that intake of excess sugars could lead to obesity, inflammation, high triglyceride, high blood sugars, high BP etc. these could then result in heart disease. So, please take care.

Dental issues:

When we eat excess sugars then we could get dental problems in us. By eating excess sugars, food sources for the bacteria would be provided and this could lead to tooth decay and cavities etc.

More chances of cancer:

There are more chances of developing certain cancers by consuming excess sugars. By consuming more sugars, we could become obese and this could make us prone to cancer. Please be careful.
