Fancy number plate are not allowed anymore

The city police have begun to regulate vehicles that carry fancy numbers which do not comply with the norms. 3,275 faulty number plates were recorded; Tuesday 1,847 cases and Wednesday 1,428 cases were booked. The police say that they target to find 1,500 cases a day so that they can make the people to stick to the norms. The police didn’t spare anyone, the rich and influential people were also made to pay the fine.
Hari, a number plate dealer says that the number of people coming to change the quirky number plates to normal plates has been doubled in the recent times. Most of the people have started to adhere to the norms as they do not wish to pay the fine.
