Chennai Water Board to Hold Grievance Meetings on 2nd Saturdays

The Chennai Water Board has announced that grievance meetings will be held on the second Saturdays of each month. The upcoming meeting for this month is scheduled from 10 am to 1 pm on Saturday in all regional offices of the board.
These meetings will be conducted under the leadership of a Superintending Engineer in each regional office, with the aim of providing the public an opportunity to express doubts and concerns related to drinking water and sewage issues.
Topics such as drinking water and sewage taxes, charges, and pending new connections can also be addressed through in-person petitions. The initiative intends to enhance public engagement and ensure effective resolution of water and sewage-related grievances.
