NEET UG 2023 Results Declared: Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh Students Secure Top Ranks

 The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the results of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2023. Prabhanjan J from Tamil Nadu and Bora Varun Chakravarthi from Andhra Pradesh have emerged as the top scorers, both achieving a perfect score of 720 out of 720.

The cutoff marks for NEET UG 2023 have increased across all categories. The cutoff range for unreserved and EWS candidates is 720-137 marks (50th percentile), while for OBC, SC, and ST categories, it is 136-107 marks (40th percentile).

 Rank 1: Prabhanjan J from Tamil Nadu, with a perfect score of 720.

Rank 2: Bora Varun Chakravarthi from Andhra Pradesh, also achieving a perfect score of 720.

Rank 3: Kaustav Bauri with a score of 716.

Rank 4: Pranjal Aggarwal (715).

Rank 5: Dhruv Advani (715).

Rank 6: Surya Siddharth N (715).

Rank 7: Shriniketh Ravi (715).

Rank 8: Swayam Shakti Tripathy (715).

Out of the 2,087,462 candidates who registered for NEET UG, 2,038,596 appeared for the exam, and 1,145,976 candidates have qualified.

The entrance test was conducted on May 7, with Manipur students taking the test on June 6 at various centers across the country.

NEET UG is a national-level exam for admission to Medical, Veterinary, AYUSH, BSc Nursing, and Life Sciences courses.
