Traffic changes in Chennai Marina Beach-Besant Nagar due to Marathon!

A marathon run is being organized by the Lighthouse, the Directorate of Lightships, and the Ministry of Waterways, covering a distance of 7 km tomorrow (Saturday, 1st July) in Chennai Metro City.
Due to this, certain traffic changes have been made starting from the Besant Nagar Olcott Memorial until the Lighthouse, from 4.00 AM until 7.00 AM.
In a notification released by the Chennai Metro City Traffic Police Department:
Vehicles proceeding towards Besant Nagar 2nd Avenue, 3rd Avenue, and MS Park will turn to Shastri Nagari, Besant Nagar Depot. They can reach their destination via the 7th Avenue Junction, Right M G Road, and L B Road Junction.
Vehicles coming towards MS Park (including Express Buses) need to turn via M S Park, towards Left LB Road, Shastri Nagar 1st Avenue.
No changes are made for the vehicles coming from Thiru Vi Ka Bridge, Dr DGN Dinakaran Road, Santhome High Road, Kamarajar Road, or Lighthouse.
Vehicles will not be allowed from the Gandhi Statue up to the Lighthouse. Vehicles proceeding from R K Road will not be allowed up to the Gandhi Statue. They can move via V M Street to Royappettah High Road, Luz Corner, R K Mutt Road.
Vehicles will not be allowed via Mandavelli Junction up to South Canal Road. They can move via V K Iyer Road, R A Puram 2nd Main Road, Chhamier`s Road, and Gandhi Mandapam.
