The first-of-its-kind new eco-friendly Polaris Paris GT Zero Turf in Chennai is grabbing many eyeballs!!

The famous Mayor Radhakrishann stadium in Chennai was buzzing with activities on Friday 28th July 2023.
The chief minister of Tamil Nadu Mr. MK. Stalin was cynosure of many eyes when he inaugurated the first of its kind eco-friendly Polaris Paris GT zero turf at this stadium. The sensational piece of information is that international hockey would soon come back to Chennai with the Asian Championship Trophy. The minister for sports Mr. Udhayanidhi Stalin was also present when the chief minister inaugurated the hockey turf.
It must be taken into account that the chief minister also inaugurated a few monuments outside this stadium. The chief minister spoke his heart out at the inauguration event yesterday. He welcomed all the teams that would be taking part in the Asian Championship Trophy to be held in this stadium in Chennai. He appreciated the dept of youth welfare and sports development of TN and said that the decision to opt for the carbon zero turf reveals the TN governments dedication towards the preservation of environment.
What is this carbon zero turf:
Information collected is that this turf has been designed intricately using sugarcane (about80%)and produced with green energy. Point is that this turf would need less amounts of water and it has been designed environment friendly.
When Asian Championship Trophy will begin:
On 3rd of August, the event would begin and there would be 6 teams that would be taking part. Teams from countries like India, Malaysia, South Korea, Pakistan,China and Japan would be trying to make an impact in this tournament.
