Huge impact on the regular commuters by unauthorised parking in the MRTS stations in Chennai?

The outsiders have been allowed now to park their vehicles in the MRTS stations (between Chennai Beach and Velachery) in Chennai. This has made many regular commuters of MRTS feel unhappy as they are unable to park their own vehicles. Now, these regular commuters are being forced to park their vehicles outside the covered parking lot.
Every day, many commuters, especially office goers travel by MRTS and majority of them use their own vehicles to reach the stations. Point is that at some MRTS stations the parking contractors allow outside vehicles to be parked in the space. It is shocking to mention here that though the parking space is meant only for commuters but covered parking space is occupied by autos, cars, minivans etc also. Sometimes, in the parking spaces, school or college buses also would be parked.
As per a regular MRTS commuter, the issue of outsiders parking their vehicles was uncontrolled in Perungudi, Taramani and Greenways Road MRTS stations.
Now, the regular MRTS commuters want the officers belonging to Southern Railways or SR to take action to prevent vehicles of outsiders inside the parking space in the stations. It was brought out by a senior officer from SR that last week a complaint was registered regarding this issue.
