Transport department now regarding servicing the flood affected vehicles!!

The TN govt has now taken superb efforts and have serviced 3433 vehicles that have been affected by the floods now. This was mentioned by the transport commissioner.
It must be noted that out of these 3433 vehicles that have been serviced as many as 1683 were 2 wheelers, 322 were autos and 1428 were 2 wheelers. The superb piece of information is that till now more than 1000 vehicles have got their insurance claims and the insurance companies have agreed to speed up the process.
It is now said that steps are being taken to bring the vehicles that have been flood affected to the service centres free of cost by towing the vehicles.
The transport commissioner in a statement mentioned that since the number of tow vehicles was less considering the extent of flood affected vehicles the transport commissionerate has been collecting the details of all 2080 towed vehicles.
