Massive drive to remove encroachments

There is going to be a massive drive for removal of all encroachments in all metropolitan areas. This is planned this week by the CMDA – Chennai metropolitan development authority during a recent meeting. The encroachments made at Maraimlai Nagar township, George town’s central business district, Koyambedu market complex and the Manali new town will be removed in this drive.
These encroachments are considered as disturbance for the further developments in Maraimalai nagar area.
