Key infrastructure projects, including the commissioning of the Elephant Gate Bridge by March 15th, Basin Bridge improvements to address monsoon challenges, and the completion of Kilambakkam Railway Station within six months, were outlined during the meeting.

Starting Monday, commuters can benefit from an extension of peak-hour service trips, with five additional trips connecting Tambaram to Guduvanchery. Despite weather-related delays, the railway division remains committed to meeting project deadlines.
