Chennai Metro to Follow Saturday Schedule on Krishna Jayanthi!

On Monday, for Krishna Jayanthi, Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) will follow a Saturday schedule. Trains will run from 5 am to 11 pm with the following intervals:
• 8 am to 11 am and 5 pm to 8 pm: Every 6 minutes
• 5 am to 8 am, 11 am to 5 pm, and 8 pm to 10 pm: Every 7 minutes
• 10 pm to 11 pm: Every 15 minutes
CMRL has seen a recent increase in ridership, with an average of three lakh more passengers daily. Ridership surged by 11 lakh in July compared to June, with 95.35 lakh passengers traveling in July.
