Changes in EMU Train Services Due to Engineering Works at Avadi Yard!
In light of ongoing engineering works, aimed at prioritizing passenger safety and safe train operations, a Line Block/Signal Block has been scheduled in the Chennai Central - Arakkonam section at Avadi Yard. This will take place from 00:30 hrs to 03:30 hrs on 25th, 26th, and 27th September 2024 (for a duration of 3 hours). As a result, the following changes will be made to the pattern of EMU train services:
A. Full Cancellation of EMU Train Service:
• Train No. 43001 (Moore Market Complex - Avadi EMU), departing from Moore Market Complex at 00:15 hrs, will be fully canceled on 25th, 26th, and 27th September 2024.
B. Partial Cancellation of EMU Train Services:
• Train No. 43128 (Pattabiram Military Siding - Moore Market Complex EMU), departing from Pattabiram Military Siding at 22:45 hrs, will be partially canceled between Avadi and Moore Market Complex on 24th, 25th, and 26th September 2024.
• Train No. 43102 (Pattabiram Military Siding - Moore Market Complex EMU), departing from Pattabiram Military Siding at 03:30 hrs, will be partially canceled between Pattabiram Military Siding and Avadi on 25th, 26th, and 27th September 2024.
Passengers are advised to plan their travel accordingly.
