MEMU Passenger Trains Cancelled on December 6 Due to Engineering Works

Southern Railway has announced the cancellation of two MEMU passenger trains operating between Katpadi and Jolarpettai on Friday, December 6, due to engineering works in the Arakkonam-Jolarpettai section.
The engineering works are scheduled between Valathoor and Melpatti from 10:55 am to 2:55 pm. The following train services will be affected:
- Katpadi – Jolarpettai MEMU Passenger: Scheduled to depart Katpadi at 09:30 am, fully cancelled.
- Jolarpettai – Katpadi MEMU Passenger: Scheduled to depart Jolarpettai at 12:45 pm, fully cancelled.
