Gold rate increased in Chennai

The cost of gold has increased Rs.96 Per Sovereign on Thursday morning (Oct 17, 2013). A sovereign was worth Rs.22912.00 and a gram was Rs.2864.00
The cost of 1 gram of pure gold (24 K) is now Rs.3063.50
Price of silver also increased. A kilo of silver was priced at Rs.47285.00 and a gram was worth Rs.50.60.
