Another rise in LPG Prices – Central Government Plan

The current
subsidized price of LPG cylinder is Rs. 410/-. The Ministry of Petroleum to
raise the prices by Rs. 16/-.per cylinder. It is worth noting that there was no
increase in LPG prices during the recent increase in the prices of petrol and
diesel.
The expected rise in
LPG prices is due to the report from the Oil companies of incurring huge
losses. The details are expected following the completion of elections in 5
states.
