Commercial Tax Department Employees – 3 days leave Strike

The Commercial Tax department officials around TamilNadu, has commenced a 3 days leave strike, for compelling that the TamilNadu government has to strictly follow the state and its orientation work rules to rectify the senior grade criterion muddle and various other 25 Amsa demands. Since the officials were on leave, the Commercial Tax office was seen to be empty.
Below are the elaborated details given by Mr.Janarthanan, Secretary of TamilNadu Commercial Tax committee:
The Senior grade officials have to be credited with a high commissioner as per the promise and including other 25 amsa claims needs to immediately accept by the Government. We have planned to precede this strike for about 3 days. Around 7000 officials, from the range of clerk to the assistant commissioner in the Commercial Tax department are participating in the strike.
