Route Change from Today in Thiruvortiyur due to Bridge Work
TamilNadu government and Railway department jointly planned to build up the high level bridge near the railway level crossing. Its work commenced today. In order to protect the people, from today till the work ends, 800 meter barrier rod was placed near the Thiruvortiyur railway level crossing.

Vehicles like Auto,
Share Auto and private vehicles travelling from Parris, Rayapuram and Goldroad
crossing the Thiruvortiyur road via Mannali, Madavaram, are diverted to the
route of ThandaiyarPet, vaidiyanathan street in Thiruvortiyur high way road. Finally
reaching the Senniyaman Kovil Street, Kailasaam Street, Vaithiyanathan Bridge,
Ennar Highway Kankar Yard meeting. Then turning left and crossing Thiruvortiyu
Ponneri PanchaChetty Road people can reach Manali, Madavaram and Ponneri. And the same way people travelling
from Mannali, Madavaram and Ponneri to Parris corner, Rayapuram and Thangasalai
can follow the same route.
Also the travelers who want
to travel from Tiruvortiyur to Manali Madavaram and Ponneri can avoid the Basin
Road and travel through the Thiruvortiyur highway Ellaiyaman kovil Street
meeting the Ajax bus stand, Ernavur Bridge, Manali Fast Road, Ponneri
Panchacheti Road to reach Manali, Madavaram and Ponneri.
