Chocolate and Sugar Confectionery training by Tamil Nadu Agricultural University

A two-day training programme on Chocolate and Sugar Confectionery is being organized by Tamil Nadu Agricultural University.The training has been scheduled for February 17 and 18.
It is expected to train participants in making home-made chocolates, fruit candy, chikkies, lollipop and jujups, fondant, fudge toffee and caramel.The training fee for the two-day programme is Rs.1,000.
