According to the new custom rules framed by the Finance Ministry that the travelers inflowing the country should declare Indian currency Rupee, if they are hauling more than Rs.10, 000. This new rule has raged the frequent flyers.
This new rule
will comes into effect from 1 March; also the passengers need to furnish a
statement of the quantity of the baggage they will bring while travelling.
Based on the
survey about the new custom rule from the passengers, many say ‘such kind of
rules will cause difficulty for frequent flyers and it will be an arduous
process if they ought to show sum of Rs.10, 000 ’.
Moreover, these
snug inspections by the customs officials will definitely cause delay to the travelers
who have immediate appointments once after the arrival of the flight.
The statement
report about the baggage and hand luggage, will subject the passengers to a
wide nuisance, another passenger’s enragements.
These kinds of
custom rules may bring down the traffic and even count down the frequently
travelling customers, worried by an official of Airport Authority of India
(AAI).
Some vicious officials
may abuse this rule and take commuters for a jaunt. There will be no fussiness
expected from this rule, he added.
