Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (Credai), Chennai is organizing a three-day exhibition, Fairpro 2014, to be inaugurated on Friday at Chennai Trade Centre will showcase 250 projects of about 70 builders and promoters.Over 20,000 flats, villas and other houses to select from, in the price range of Rs. 15 lakh to Rs. 7 crore.
The 2012 edition recorded bookings worth Rs. 150 crore which increased to Rs. 175 crore, last year, he said.
Bookings at the fair came with 100 per cent safety and guarantee as all projects had the stamp of approval of all government agencies.
S. Sivagurunathan, convener of Fairpro, said they expected more than 20,000 people to visit the fair. People registering online can get free passes to the fair.
