Facebook buys ‘What’sApp’ at US $ 16 million

Cell phones, phones with the facility where both ends can watch each other on the video, cell phones with provision for social media such as Facebook, twitter, abd e-mail have brought global information on the dot literally at one’s fingertips. In the latest stage, the app, known as ‘What’sApp?’ is the rage among the teenagers. It facilitates free transfer of photographs and videos to any corner of the world in seconds.
400 million teenagers have loaded this app on their cell phones. The popularity of ‘What’s App’ is growing every day as it enables making and renewing friendships.
Facebook has bought the company ‘What’sApp’ at US $ 16 billion. $ 4 billions will be given in cash and the rest in shares.
