Gold rate increased in Chennai

The cost of gold has increased Rs.8 Per Sovereign on Wednesday evening (Feb 26, 2014). A sovereign was worth Rs.23016.00 and a gram was Rs.2877.00
The cost of 1 gram of pure gold (24 K) is now Rs.3078.00
Price of silver also increased. A kilo of silver was priced at Rs.48980.00 and a gram was worth Rs.52.40.
