Ennore Port named after ex-chief minister Kamarajar

Union minister G K Vasan renamed Ennore Port as Kamarajar Port on Wednesday. The minister, in his speech, said that in 2012-13, with an income of 325.7 crore, the port was earning a gross profit of 266.99 crore, and added that Kamarajar Port Limited is expected to have an income of 400 crore during the current financial year.
