Hike in private milk supplies

No one would wonder looking at any hike in petrol or diesel price. The same trend is slowly getting created for private milk supplies. The central government has now revised the rates of private milk supplies. Despite the huge market for Aavin milk, there are other major milk supplying companies like Jersey, Heritage and Thirumala. Nearly 13 lakh litres of milk is getting sold every day. Recently, during the month of January, there was a hike in price of these privately sold milks by Rs 2. Now, for yet another time, the government has again increased the price by Rs 2 from today.
It is to be noted that this hike has happened immediately after 38 days of the previous price hike. Similarly, the other private milk companies will also increase their rates in a day or two. On account of this, the tea, coffee kiosks are expected to increase their rates very soon.
