Vehicle Number Plate Color Coding, Standard are not Properly maintained...Though the Government and Govenrment officials pass a law and trying to implement the Law..The Public should Understand the cause behind that...and as long as its law let us abide to that, as a Citizen and who is really responsible for this Country..have to follow certain rules...
It not the matter of catch the defaulter and punish..and People should not just follow the law to not get punished, its has to be done by realizing the cause..which makes our life more perfect.
