The current world is dumped with words, assumptions and confusions that lead to quarrels and fights. Be it anything, when overdone, it will lead to adverse effects. This is applicable to our human minds and its thoughts too. Thinking too much about anything will impose unwanted confusions and leave us upset. Most people lag in having good understanding about how to handle life.

Filter things you hear:

Having a specific mindset or being doubtful about something may take us off the track from anything. Say for instance, if someone asks you whether you’re looking tired and unwell, even if you are perfectly Ok, your mind may get into a confusion whether you’ll fall sick now, why should such a question be asked looking at you, whether you will fall sick just because of the question being asked to you, etc.

These are completely assumptions and presumptions. It is just that you are wasting your mental energy towards unnecessary thoughts. It is thus necessary to filter things that we hear and be careful in while talking too. Getting into doubts and believing on superstitions should be avoided.

Human minds work in an amusing way. Say, if we tell somebody, “Never disclose this to anyone else. I’m going to disclose a secret to you,” I will for sure be remembered by the person throughout his or her life. And certainly, the ‘secret’ shared will soon become popular amidst a huge crowd. Contrarily, if you share very important and confidential information in a casual manner, the listener will soon forget it easily and will never mind to share it with others.

All we need is a free mind:

It is necessary for us to step away from unwanted assumptions, mindsets anand doubts. All we need is mental freedom for a joyful life. Presumed thoughts should be thrown out from our minds. It is not that we should get rid of all our believes and assumptions, but that we should get rid of stupid ones. We should be able to identify which thought is good and which is bad.

It is widely said that education is wealth and knowledge believed to elevate our living to huge levels. Though this is true, it is also real that the more we get educated, the more we get into unwanted thoughts and in turn problems. That is why it is said ignore is bliss.

Simple thinking is the best:

People make life complicated with too much of thoughts about a same thing. First of all, literally, avoid complex thinking. Keep this in mind that simple thinking is the best. Remember, our own mind is the ultimate key to success. Make it and have it simple. Never overanalyze things. It is also to be remembered that being simple doesn’t mean to be careless, but to lead a peaceful life without complexity or unwanted thoughts that pulls back our mind every time.
