Mint flyover work to be started in June

M.Subramaninam,
the Mayor , Chennai Corporation announced that the works on Mint flyover would
be started in June,2010. The estimated
cost of the project is Rs 23 Crore. It is scheduled to be completed by the end
of 2011.
The Mayor
said that the first time the Designing, Engineering, Procurement and
Construction job will be handed over to a private contractor. The contractor’s
bid will placed before the council for approval during this month.
