Ingredients:
- Groundnut – 100 gm
- Dry red chillies – 3 Nos
- Tamarind – as required
- Salt – as required
- Coconut – as required
- Oil – 1 spoon
- Mustard and fennel seeds – ½ spoon
- Asafoetida – a pinch
Method:
Dry fry the groundnuts and peel off the skin
Grind required quantity of coconut in a mixer
- Add salt, groundnut, dry red chillies, and tamarind and grind it together with coconut by adding little water
- Heat a pan and add mustard, fennel seeds and Asafoetida. Add this seasoning to the ground chutney
- So the favorite dish of all kids at your home is now ready!
