Take the leaves alone from the Mudakathan Keerai creeper, wash it well and keep it ready.
Wash and soak both the rice, Urad dal and fenugreek seeds together for 2 hours.
After 2 hrs, Drain the water from rice, Then grind rice, urad dal, fenugreek seed mixture, adding little water from time to time.
Add the Mudakathan leaves, red chilli and garlic also in the end and grind it to a smooth paste. The consistency should be that of dosa batter consistency. The Dosa batter will be in a lovely light green colour..
Finally add the required salt and mix well.
If needed, mix 1/4 tsp of cooking soda in 2 spoons of water and add it to the batter.
Leave it aside for half an hour and now the batter is ready to prepare dosa.
Heat a tawa, pour a ladle of batter in the centre and spread it in a circular motion. You can even prepare thick dosas like uthapam or thin dosa with this batter.
Drizzle a tsp of oil around the dosa, once the edges starts lifting up, flip it over to the other side and drizzle another 1/2 tsp of oil.
Once cooked, remove from tawa and serve hot with any chutney of your choice!

Mudakathan Keerai is top for the people who is having the bone joint pain.
Now a days, you get this Keerai in the market. Remove its leaves from the creeper and store it in the fridge. Just wash few leaves and grind it with red chilli and garlic and add it to the dosa batter simply before the time of preparation.
Simply you can sauté the Keerai leaves alone and add it to the rice flour and prepare the tasty Adai.
