Exhibition train on Mother Teresa in Chennai

The Mother Express, carrying on board an exhibition propagating universal love to commemorate her birth centenary, will be in Chennai for two days, at platform number 11 and will be open for the public from 10 am to 8 pm. The train has visited Coimbatore, Madurai, Puducherry, Katpadi and Kancheepuram before coming to Chennai. About 50,000 people are expected to visit the exhibition.

The train which left Kolkatta on August 26, 2009, is travelling to nearly 72 stations across the country as part of the Mother Teresa birth centenary year celebrations.

The train will depart from the Chennai Central Station at 8 p.m. on Monday. Till then it is open for public viewing.
