Healthy Food Recipes - Tomato and Mozarella Salad

What you need:
  1. 2 medium sized tomatoes
  2. 100 gms mozzarella cheese
  3. A handful of basil leaves (if not available, tulsi leaves can be used)
  4. 2 tbsp olive oil
  5. 1 lime (juice)
  6. 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
  1. Cut tomatoes into bite sized chunks. 
  2. Cut cheese into cubes.
  3. Chop basil leaves. 
  4. Mix together olive oil, lime juice and jeera. 
  5. Combine all ingredients into a bowl. 
  6. Add salt and pepper, mix well. 
  7. Serve chilled.
