With the rise in number of patients with pancreas problems in Chennai and Tamil Nadu, an awareness exhibition is being organised from today in Chennai.
It has been announced that this Pancreas awareness exhibition, sponsored by Chennai Pancreas Endowment, will be for 3 days starting today, Friday, 24th July.
With the observation of World Jaundice Day on 28th July, this event is as a follow-up to that.
The exhibition is at MSR Mahal, Purasawalkam, Chennai.
Public have been requested to turn up in large numbers and get clarifications on their queries regarding pancreas problems.
Extensive video clips explaining important features of pancreas=related problems will be shown to the visitors.
Several posters showing various details are also put up in the exhibition.
In the exhibition, facilities to test on jaundice B & C blood test, ultra-sound scan and fibre-scan tests will be available. Experts will provide answers to questions raised by visitors in a forum.
The exhibition is between 10.00 AM & 6.00 PM.
