Heavy rains to continue in Tamil Nadu for next 8 days

Due to low pressure in South West Bay of Bengal, there will be continuous rains in Tamil Nadu for the next 8 days.  
 
North East Monsoon has been intensified in Tamil Nadu. Even before the normalcy could return, there are rains in Tamil Nadu because of the newly formed low depression. As per the reports, there are 2 low pressures lying in Bay of Bengal. Because of this there are rains in most parts of Tamil Naadu. The Meteorological centre has mentioned that there will be rains for the next 5 days in Tamil Nadu.  
 
Director, area cyclone warning centre, regional meteorological department, S.R. Ramanan said that a low pressure area would form over Southwest bay and adjoining Southeast bay during the next 24 hours. Saturday`s low trough at mean sea level over southwest bay and neighborhood now lies over southwest bay and adjoining Sri Lanka coast, he said. Another low trough lies over Southeast bay and adjoining South Andaman seas and under the influence, a low pressure area would form during the next 24 hour. For the next three days will be heavy rains in Tamil Nadu.
