Light to moderate rain to occur in Tamil Nadu

Deputy Director General of Meteorology has mentioned that isolated rainfall occurred over Tamil Nadu. There was 1 cm rainfall at Periyar Dam. Light to moderate rain is likely to occur at one or two places over Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. As far as Chennai is concerned the sky condition likely to be generally cloudy. Mist is likely to occur in some areas during morning hours. Maximum and minimum temperature is likely to be around 30 and 24 deg Celsius respectively.
