Fund planning - One of the major mistakes is deciding to buy a property priced much higher than our capacity.
Not gathering sufficient info - One has to conduct detailed enquiries to know all possible details about the property proposed to be bought. Know about the going rates for sale of property in the region and compare with the offer - don`t miss this.
Legal consolation - Legal consultation is another important aspect while buying new property. Whether there are any missing lacunae in the documents, whether it is a public usage property,etc are to be ascertained with legal consultation.
Do not be misled by attractive advertisements - Some of the real estate sellers offer items like gold coins,,bikes, etc while buying property from them. Please do not fall for this attractive baits and do not be in a hurry to decide fast and go to buy these.
Expecting immediate high gain - Many youngsters make a decision to invest in real estate and expect huge profits out of it. We have to be aware about the right time to realise this profit.
