Aqua at The Park hotel will showcase an electrifying gig with the local boys as DJ Joba, Arjun Hora, DJ Eric, Surge In and Gautam takes over the console to make you groove throughout the night.
A cloud computing salesperson by day and an underground tech house and techno DJ by night, Eric is one of the musicians who has pushed the barrier of Chennai`s electronic dance music scene. Eric’s sound is a distinctive blend of techno and tech house, woven together with an intense attention to the balance between occasion, ambience and tone. In recent years, Eric’s devotion to his craft has seen him play arena sets at the Go!Madras electronic festival and TGFT electronic dance music festivals held in Chennai, and other major venues across South India.
A known name in the techno circuit, Arjun Hora is involved with the contemporary dance music for over six years now. Hailing from Chennai, Hora is the resident DJ at The Leather Bar. His unique style of Techno, Tech house and Deep funk has helped him play with the top runners of the industry. His vision of spreading his dark techno vibe across barriers is being accomplished at a rapid pace.
The resident DJ of M`Bessy Bar and Kitchen, Joba Khan is a leading exponent of Techno music since the mid 2000. Joba, after starting his career at Grammy club moved to Flame Le Club where he spent couple of years behind the decks as a Resident. Its there, where he felt his passion towards the ever popular Electronic dance music (EDM) and began exploring its vast genres and finally found his love for Techno. He started the much acclaimed Klangfarbe sessions at Vertigo club in Germany.
Founded in 2013, Surgein is a Deep House, Nu-Disco and TechnoHot musician whose influences are Since 82, Audiojack, Maceo Plex, Martin Roth, Maya Jane Coles, Tale of Us, Art Department, Pillow Talk, Danny Daze, Dyed Soundroom, Djuma Soundsystem among others. He is associated with Juicebox Music.
Gautam Pattathil from Dubai is a known techno musician who joined the underground music circuit in his teenage. As his passion for deejaying could not be overridden by academic progress alone he was seen spinning his best at the Fraktal fridays, at Chill, Royal Ascot Hotel, Dubai, Glitch at Chi, The Lodge, Dubai and other Unit:E events. He has shared the spotlight with underground kingpins such as Italoboyz, Ahmet Sendil, Sam Farsio, Ital, Wisqo and many others. Further more, as an outlet to channel all his various learning`s, he is also starting a new project titled as Hellion Order.
If that is not enough, there will be beer, BBQ and lip-smacking beverages to choose from, at the bar.
