Description : The luxurious fine dining restaurant The Crown at The Residency Towers will welcome Chef Willi who brings his signature dishes for a specially curated food festival. Chef Willi from New Zealand had worked extensively in India. Australia before moving to Britain, Germany, China and Bali. He will showcase Western and European cuisine in Pan fried style, baked, grilled, steamed, and roasted and some of his signature dishes include Seafood Pepper Soup, Fritters of Zucchini with Polenta, Panna Cotta, Risotto Bisque with King Prawns, Braised Aubergine Rolls, Baked Chicken Florentine, Zucchini rice and grain mustard cream, Herbed Sauce Fish Fillets and Vegetarian Panna Cotta of espresso coffee and baileys cream.
