Diesel Price hiked by Rs.1.26/litre, Petrol by 5 Paise/litre

Diesel price was on Wednesday hiked by Rs. 1.26 per litre and petrol increased by 5 Paise/litre.The price reduction will be effective midnight.
Rates will differ from state to state due to differential local sales tax or VAT rates. In Chennai diesel price will cost Rs 56.78 per litre & petrol price will cost Rs 65.15 per litre.
