Railway photo identity cards for differently-abled persons

Southern Railway has announced that differently-abled persons can now apply for photo identity cards to get their concessions.
Concessions are given in train fares for the differently-abled persons. Now photo identity cards are being issued for differently-abled persons to enable them to book their tickets online through e-ticketing as well as across the counter. Persons requiring these ID cards may apply for the same in person or send the required papers by post to the Senior Divisional Commercial Manager in Chennai, Tiruchi, Madurai, Salem, Palakkad and Thiruvananthapuram.
Those who have applied more than a month back and have not got their ID cards yet may also contact the respective Divisional Officer to collect the same
