Extension of date for application to join B.Arch Course until 9th July

The deadline for applying for joining the 5-year B.Arch has been extended till 9th July.
Anna University has been conducting counselling sessions for joining B.Arch course in the government quota in the departments of Anna University, government and government-aided engineering colleges, self-financed engineering colleges.
The university recently released the notice regarding admission to the B.Arch course for the academic year 2016-17.
Only the candidates who have completed +2 and passed the skill test in architecture conducted by the New Delhi Architecture Council can apply for this 5-year B.Arch course.
Earlier, the last date for application was given as 4th July. However, it was gathered that only 2000 candidates had applied online.
As the number of applications was considerably lower, Anna University decided to extend the last date for applying online till 9th July.
Application procedure: Download the application form from the university official website www.annauniv.edu, fill it up, attach the transfer certificate, mark certificates for 10th Standard and +2, caste certificate, the hall-ticket issued for writing the +2 examinations, National Skill Test marks certificate, and the hall-ticket and the other requisite proofs, self-attest and send.
